Night Out

As a crazy few weeks are coming to an end, I got the chance to take a night out in the one and only Viva Las Vegas.  So of course I took advantage of the opportunity to dress up and match the ambiance of the city hence my shirt "Cray Cray".  Black is always a good choice when picking out an outfit for a fun night. In this case I used it to add an edgier feel to the outfit but added neon to create a fun, flirty appeal.  Enjoy. XOXO

Layers.

Finally back! SO sorry it has been so long! I have been extremely busy.  Summer is most definitely my favorite season but, fall and winter are my favorite clothing seasons!! I love, LOVE to layer.  This outfit is nothing to extravagant, but perfect for a day out in the city. Also, just got this Steve Madden purse and it is my new obsession.  Oh and it was $40 so it was a steal.  One of  the things  I do when picking out an outfit is just experiment with colors, you don't need to match completely step out of your comfort zone cause thats when the best outfits are made. The ones that are spontaneous. XOXO

LA, New York and Fuchsia

Unpredictable is one word I keep in my mind when picking out an outfit--something that most would never even give a second thought. The funnest part about putting together outfits is that you can essentially put anything together.  I just barely bought this shirt, and it's so long I thought it would look great with a belt.  I have this fun, furry fuchsia belt and earrings that I thought would look awesome against the black because it's such a fun color! And of course, I wore my favorite cheetah pants, which added the patterns I needed to pull the outfit together.  Mixing styles up is what I  love.  I have an obsession with white sneakers right now and they match with everything!  I added some funky jewelry to match with the look that I envisioned.

Red.

"A great dress can make you remember what is beautiful about life" Rachel Roy

I have been thinking about this post all day and all I can come up with is...nothing.  My brain is fried after a long day and I have writer's block.  So let's just pretend that I said something creative about my fiery red dress (my fave) and my gray details.  A dress is like a symbol of our femininity, and they don't need to be worn only for special occasions.

Fall Flannels

One of my favorite styles right now is flannel shirts tied around the waste.  I like when they are paired with pants rather then shorts so, I wore a pair of light blue Miss Me jeans plus my favorite white shirt, and of course I wore my converse with it.  Beanies beanies beanies.  They are the extra thing that pulls the outfit together! Enjoy xoxo

Bold is what they remember

One of the things that I do most when picking out an outfit is pick a bold piece.  Something that turns an outfit into a statement  Wither it be neon accents or crazy prints every outfit needs it.  Stripes are really in right now and black has always been a timeless go to shade.  But to add a little bit of spunk in the outfit I paired it with a yellow neon shirt to make my statement. My favorite thing about fashion is experimenting.  DONT BE AFRAID TO TRY ANYTHING. Bold is what they remember.

Favorites.

Gloomy days call for comfy clothes, so today I wore my favorites. My favorite pants,  sweater and my shoes.  I feel like I should share a few things about me because I am new to the blogging world and such.  I love Converse and reading romantic novels specifically Nicholas Sparks. I love photography, fashion and my family. I love writing letters and making new things.  I have a fascination with network marketing and business and hope to be a successful business women one day.  I believe that half of the wars we fight could be solved with educating the people.  I am member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. And my greatest dream is to be a mom and have a family of my own.
Part of my goal with this blog is to empower and support women somehow. I believe fashion isn't just how you dress yourself but how you live your life. So, this post I've decided to share some of my favorite things, some of the things that I do just to feel as good on the inside as well as the outside. (keep scrolling)

Start out the day with something healthy. Feeling good and eating healthy are directly proportional I believe! Here is one of my favorite breakfast foods. A Parfait! It's quick, easy and super yummy.
What you will need is Honey flavored Greek yogurt and Cottage cheese.
Stevia (natural sugar) I get mine from a health and nutrition company called XANGO. Vanilla protein (also I get from XANGO).

1. Get 1/2 cup of the Yogurt and Cottage cheese
2. 1/2 TSP of the stevia and about 1 TBSP of the protein
3. Mix them all together (I use a magic bullet)
4. Then put granola, fruit whatever you want in it!

These are my favorite things to put in my Parfait!
Not only does eating healthy help you feel good all day but also working out. For me personally I am more focused all day and am more productive. Many people say they don't have the time or the equipment to get their dream body but I have an amazing work out that only takes 40 minutes and doesn't require any equipment!
